This book tells the story of Nina, a girl acknowledged by everybody – from her parents to her teachers – to be very nice. Because she is fed up with being called nice all the time and praised for her excellent manners, Nina decides to become the exact opposite: she becomes naughty. Being naughty is initially fun, albeit not for all the others, i.e. the parents, the teachers, the aunt. But after a while Nina gets bored with being naughty too; she just wants to be herself. So, in the end, Nina is a girl who is mostly nice, but can be mischievous too at times. She is, in short, a normal child.
