How this book might help: A story for anyone who has ever felt lonely, lost and unloved

Beegu's spaceship is stranded on earth and she is lost and alone. She meets lots of strange creatures but none of them seem to understand her or want to be her friend. Then she finds a school playground where the children are happy for her to join in their games, but when a 'grown-up' appears, Beegui is alone again. Just as Beegu thinks she will be alone for ever, the mother ship appears and Beegu is reunited with her parents.

Worth Noting: The children accept Beegu for what she is and it is the adults who reject her because she is different.
