Keeping Clean is about two little boys, Kurt and Karim, who love being grubby and avoid having baths, cleaning their teeth and having their nails scrubbed. But everything changes when they visit the zoo and see all the animals cleaning and grooming themselves. The zoo keeper explains that animals in the wild look after their hygiene and the boys decide they can look after themselves better too! Soon they are washing and changing their clothes regularly, shampooing their hair and allowing their dad to trim their nails. Despite their new regime, the boys still jump at the chance of getting mucky while playing.

Keeping Clean
May encourage children reluctant to wash or clean their teeth to do so more regularly. At the same time it acknowledges that children should be allowed to get mucky during play.
