This colourful picture book contains a finger puppet which can be used to ‘act out’ the story. Hector the dinosaur loves to eat unhealthy and fattening foods, and as a consequence he has no energy and is too full to exercise. His slimmer and healthier friend Margo encourages him to be more active and eat nutritious food. At first Hector resists, but after he makes himself sick one day by eating too much he decides to try out her suggestions. Margo starts him on an exercise programme and makes him a smoothie, which he thinks is delicious. The final page of the book shows Margot trying to keep up with Hector as he whizzes along on his bike.
