A very clear look at how being bullied may make someone find it hard to eat, sleep, feel like their tummy is in knots, but that different strategies such as telling mum and dad, telling a teacher or shouting at someone to stop, can help. The book also briefly explores that a bully can often have been bullied themselves or that adults can get bullied at work. The final message of the book is that if you see someone getting bullied then don’t just stand back and watch it happen. Tell someone who can help to sort it out.

Things we liked:
The book contains notes for parents and suggests various ways of helping children deal with the problem of bullying.
Worth noting:
More an information book rather than a story.
